Top Name Brand Rugby Companies & Sponsors simply give the product specifications to the factory "for example: China", and the OEM machines at the factory are tooled to fabricate the product.  "As a bonus", the factory is allowed to manufacture a set amount of units in which they may ship out and deposit in vast surplus commercial warehouses or "distribution centers" in their country to be sold to International Buyers for little more than they paid to manufacture it.  The maximum amount that they are allowed to sell the excess product for by the contracting company is usually no more than 15% for what it cost to make.  THIS IS ONE OF THE GREAT PERKS WHEN YOU OPERATE A FACTORY.

So, for example, a factory in China manufacturs Company ABC's product for $5.  Through exclusive agreements & as a bonus "kickback", the factory is allowed to sell the product anyway they wish for no more than a 15% profit.  So, if a Rugby Jersey cost $5 to manufacture, you would only pay $5.75 USD per unit if you bought direct through our sales channels.  On the open market, that ball would most likely sell for $25 +.
